What is the
Area 10 Min?
or Zona a Traffico Controllato (ZTC)
Sheraton Milan Malpensa, located in front of Terminal 1 and directly connected to Malpensa's Terminal, is located within the Zona a Traffico Controllato (ZTC) or Controlled Zone. Special rules govern transit through and parking in this zone.
Passengers and drivers arriving by car to Milan Malpensa Airport can stop for a maximum of 10 minutes in this area to drop off passengers.
Any car staying for more than 10 minutes will be fined. Area 10 Min or ZTC is bounded by a series of access points marked by warning signs and controlled by cameras that automatically detect the license plate of all vehicles and the entry-exit time.
If you need to stay more than 10 minutes in the Controlled Zone, you'll find convenient parking with ViaMilano Parking service.
Remember to communicate your licence plate and type of vehicle to the hotel staff at the reception. Otherwise, the hotel will be unable to communicate this information to the Airport Authorities, and your entry will be deemed unauthorized - and sanctioned accordingly.
The hotel has 16 outdoor parking spaces, on a first come first served basis and available at a cost of 18€ per day. Additional self-parking is available in front of the hotel at SEA ViaMilano Parking Service P3, where hotel guests benefit from a 30% discount.
