RESTAURANT:

  • CHEF DE RANG FULL-TIME
    Supports maitres organizing and managing its ranks to ensure a high level of service while adhering to the standards of the Society. Is assigned to all proceedings "Mise en Place", shedding and rearrangement of the tables, presentation and description of the dishes.

    Previous experience in structure 4 to 5 star
    Willingness to work shifts, including split
    Good knowledge of English, ability to dynamism, interpersonal relationships and team work.
  • CHEF DE RANG PART-TIME
    Supports maitres organizing and managing its ranks to ensure a high level of service while adhering to the standards of the Society. Is assigned to all proceedings "Mise en Place", shedding and rearrangement of the tables, presentation and description of the dishes.

CUISINE:

  • CHEF DE PARTIE
    Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes, assists the work of its staff and ensure the maintenance of quality standards of the Society.
    Significant experience in the role.
    Knowledge of marketable goods and food products and their processes.
    Good knowledge of English
    Willingness to work shifts
  • COMMIS DE CUISINE
    The candidate will assist, support and collaborate with chefs leaders playing in the activities of the kitchen, following the directives of their superiors in accordance with the policies of the Company.

    Under the supervision of Executive Chef and Chef de Partie will be responsible for: replenishing stocks of food (mainly fruit, vegetables, cheese and bread), preparation of certain dishes and trays and buffet breakfast, washing and cutting vegetables, cleaning and filleting fish, cold food preparation and cleaning of equipment such as knives, cutting boards, blenders, etc. ...
